SixFix is 6i's new online remote system support, diagnostic and maintenance tool. A Six Impact engineer can be requested by you to remotely troubleshoot and repair problems, update software or determine whether or not an onsite visit is necessary. If your system is unable to connect to the Internet, we will dispatch a field engineer under the terms of your support agreement, or you may request service on a "pay per incident" basis.
